摘要
针对航空发动机动叶片叶尖间隙的实时在线监测需求,提出了一种基于FPGA的叶尖间隙信号多通道高速采集与处理方法。借助FPGA的并行处理优势,在硬件电路中实现叶尖间隙信号的滤波处理,采用双阈值检测法提取叶尖间隙信号的峰峰值、叶片号等关键信息,经组帧和编码后,通过PCI9054的DMA模式将数据传至上位机进行存储和显示。仿真及实验验证,该方法能够实现叶尖间隙高速信号的在线采集与传输,能将单路叶尖间隙信号采集数据传输速率从8.75降至1.6 MB/s,显著减少了数据量和传输速率,减轻了上位机数据处理负担,提高了系统的后续可拓展性。
        In accordance with the problem of large data flow in the measurement system of tip clearance,a high-speed data acquisition and processing method,which based on FPGA,has been designed and tested. This method realizes the simulated filtering and digital filtering of the gap signal in the hardware circuit. The double threshold detection method is used to extract the key information such as the peak-to-peak value and the leaf number of the blade gap signal. After the framing and coding,the PCI card is transmitted to the host computer Read,display and store. Through the simulation and experimental verification,this method can realize the on-line acquisition and transmission of the high-speed signal of the tip clearanceand reduce the average transmission rate of single-blade tip gap signal data from 8. 75 to 1. 6 MB/s,which significantly reduces the data volume and transmission rate,reducing the burden on the host computer,and improves the extension of the system.
