摘要

周围性面瘫即面神经麻痹,是由于茎乳突孔内非特异性炎症引起面神经受损,导致面部表情肌运动功能障碍。刘向哲教授认为该病发病机制为素体虚弱、外邪侵袭,导致经络不通,经脉失于濡养所致,常以风寒外感型较常见。通过30年的临床实践,刘教授运用中医药分期辨证治疗取得满意效果。急性期和稳定期以祛风化痰为主,辅以利湿解毒,活血通络。恢复期以健脾益气为主,辅以祛风通络,临床疗效显著。
        Peripheral facial palsy is the facial nerve palsy,because the non-specific inflammation in the stem mastoid process causes the facial nerve is to be damaged,resulting in the facial expression muscle motor dysfunction. According to Professor Liu Xiangzhe,the pathogenes is of the disease is weak and exorcism,which leads to the failure of channels and channels. Through 30 years of clinical practice,Professor Liu uses TCM stage syndrome differentiation to achieve satisfactory results. The acute phase and stable period are mainly used to treat the expectoration of the wind,with the help of detoxification and blood circulation. The recovery period is mainly based on invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,supplemented by wind and wind,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
