起重机箱形梁贯穿裂纹尖端前沿形状简化研究

摘要
以36t集装箱门式起重机箱形梁为研究对象,针对结构的疲劳裂纹,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立了起重机箱形梁的整体有限元模型和裂纹子模型,采用相互作用积分法分别求解了下盖板和腹板上实际斜裂纹以及相应简化等长裂纹的应力强度因子K_I,研究了起重机箱形梁贯穿裂纹尖端前沿形状简化的合理性。通过对比分析计算结果,发现简化等长裂纹尖端的最大应力强度因子K_I,总是大于实际斜裂纹尖端的应力强度因子值,说明将实际斜裂纹简化成等长裂纹是有效可行的。为起重机箱形梁结构进行断裂分析提供了依据。
        Regarding the box beam of 36 t container gantry crane as an object,and in view of it's fatigue crack,sub model of different crack was established by Abaqus,meanwhile employing interaction integral method to solve the stress intensity factor(K_I)of actual oblique crack tip and corresponding simplified equal length crack tip where the bottom plate and web plate,examining the rationality of the crack tip shape simplified for through crack.By comparing calculation results,the stress intensity factor(K_I)of the simplified equal crack tip was greater than the stress intensity factor(K_I)of actual oblique crack tip,which verified the feasibility of simplifying actual oblique crack as equal crack.The work provides a basis for fracture analysis of crane box girder structure.
