摘要
在高比电阻粉尘含量较多的环境下,荷电粉尘释放电荷速度慢,导致负电粉尘层吸附在收尘极板上而不易被振打装置所清除的反电晕现象,严重降低除尘率。提出了一种直流基础电压叠加高压脉冲的供电方案以消除电除尘器上的反电晕现象,通过研制用于消除反电晕现象的脉冲电源,在现场进行一系列除尘率受脉冲参量影响的实验研究。结果表明:叠加脉冲电源后除尘率高达98.66%,相较未叠加脉冲电源,其出口粉尘浓度降低了73.52%;其中,除尘率与脉冲的幅值、脉冲宽度和重复频率都有关。依据工况,在适当的幅值电压与重复频率之下,可以有效地消除反电晕现象,并提高除尘率,使粉尘排放浓度降低到17.31 mg·m~(-3)以下。
        Under the circumstance of high content of specific resistance dust,the back corona phenomenon will be produced by the existence of charge dust that can release charge slowly. This phenomenon which lead to the negatively charged dust layer adsorbed on dust collecting plate and do not easy to be cleaned by the vibrating device may reduce the dust removal efficiency severely. In this paper,an electric power supply system which consisted of direct voltage superimposed by high voltage pulse was presented to suppress the back corona phenomenon in electrostatic precipitator. Firstly,a pulsed power supply was developed to eliminate the phenomenon of back corona. And then,the efficiency of dust collection influenced by the pulse parameters was studied in the field operation. The results showed that the dust removal efficiency with pulsed power supply was up to 98. 66%under certain conditions. Meanwhile,the dust concentration of outlet of the dust collection with pulsed power supply was declined by 73. 52% compared to the dust concentration without pulsed power supply. The result that the dust collection efficiency was related to the pulse amplitude,pulse width and repetitive frequency,respectively could also be concluded. According to the working condition,the back corona phenomenon could be eliminated efficiently under an appropriate value of the pulse amplitude and repetitive frequency. And the dust-collection efficiency was also improved with the concentration of dust emission reduced to lower than 17. 31 mg·m~(-3).
