摘要
胆道结石是常见病,在我国发病率逐年升高,但其机制至今未明。选择和建立理想的动物模型对研究胆道结石形成机制有重要意义。根据目前的胆囊结石形成机制学说,制作胆道结石动物模型有不同方法。建立高效、快捷、稳定的胆道结石动物模型,为临床研究探讨胆道结石成因、机制、防治方法提供可靠依据。本文归纳各种胆道结石动物模型的建立方法,就各种胆道结石动物模型建立方法及方法利弊作一综述。
        Biliary calculi is a common disease,the incidence of it in China increased year by year,but the mechanism is still unknown.The selection and establishment of the ideal animal model is of great significance for studying the formation mechanism of biliary calculi.There are different ways to make animal models of biliary calculi according to the current formation mechanism of cholecystolithiasis.An efficient,fast and stable animal model of biliary calculi has been established to provide a reliable basis for clinical study of causes,mechanisms,prevention and the treatment of biliary calculi.This article summarizes a variety of methods to establish an animal model of biliary calculi and briefly reviews the pros and cons of establishing the animal model of biliary calculi.
