基于配置信息的通用油液分析仪器数据自动采集方法

摘要
针对当前油液辅助分析管理软件在仪器数据识别和采集方面存在的问题与不足,提出基于配置化实现开发通用的仪器数据信息采集到程序方法,并设计相应的配置工具,提高配置信息设定的便捷程度。该方法通过设定配置表灵活对应仪器数据,用相对简单精炼代码实现油液分析仪器的数据自动采集;该方法在仪器数据的来源格式变动、数据的精度位数调整、增加新的仪器设备等情况下,都不需对程序进行修改,提高了软件的灵活性;该成果已经成功应用到了实际的项目当中,效果十分显著。
        Aimed at the problems and defects on instrument data's identification and acquisition of current oil aided analysis software,a general way of automatic data acquisition based on the configuration information was put forward and a corresponding configuration tool was design to make the process more efficient. By using configuration table,this general way can realize the data acquisition through relatively simple codes. There is no need for users to modify the codes for this general way even if the data format is changed or the data precision is adjusted or some new equipments are added,the system's flexibility is improved. The system has been applied successfully in practical development projects and obtains satisfactory results.
