泥水盾构泥浆管路磨损与减振处理技术

摘要
为了解决泥水盾构在大粒径卵砾石地层中掘进时,泥浆循环管路出现异常磨损和剧烈振动的问题,以兰州地铁某标段泥水盾构施工为工程背景,对泥浆管路磨损和振动原因进行了分析,并通过对排浆管采用偏心加厚设计、结合面整体铸造、冲刷面增加耐磨环、内壁浇筑高铬钼抗磨合金钢内衬以及管道连接处增加减震喉等方式对泥浆管路进行了改进,有效提高了泥浆管路的耐磨性能,降低了振动。
        The wear and vibration of slurry pipe of slurry shield boring in large-diameter cobble stratum of a bid section of Lanzhou Metro are studied; and then the causes of wear and vibration of slurry pipe are analyzed. A series of improvements,i. e. eccentric thickening of slurry pipes,entirety casting of integrated surface,increasing wear rings in the scour surface,adding lining on pipe inner wall with high chromium molybdenum antiwear alloy steel and installing shock absorber on the connection of pipelines,are carried out. The wear resistance property of the slurry pipe has been obviously improved; and its vibration has been reduced.
