摘要
随着煤矿机械的发展,国内焊接刮板输送机中部槽板的企业越来越多。由于中板较厚,一般都采用双面坡口焊,但受焊接位置的限制,主要通过在坡口一面打底,再从另一面清根的工艺,不仅生产效率低下,且劳动强度很大。改进常规工艺,并进行一系列的试验(双面J型坡口与K型坡口焊接对比试验),优化后的工艺提高了焊接质量和生产效率。
With the development of coal mining machinery,the domestic welding scraper conveyor in the middle of the trough plate of more and more enterprises.The plate is relatively thick,generally adopts the double groove welding, but because the welding position is limited.Mainly through in the groove side backing, again on the other side clean root process,not only the production efficiency is low,and the labor intensity greatly increase.In this paper,the improvement of the conventional process and a series of experiments are carried out,the optimized process improves the welding quality and production efficiency.
