天然气站场不停输扩容研究及应用

摘要
天然气输气站场下游用户需求量远超站场现有的输能需要对站场进行扩容改造,但输气站场并未进行扩容设计预留且进站管线口径小难以进行扩容。针对这一现状,提出了停输不带压开孔引入接气点、不停输带压开孔引入接气点和不停输不带压引入接气点3种方案,并对3种方案的优缺点及可行性进行了对比分析,综合输气可行性、施工风险度、经济性和社会影响度方面优选出不停输不带压引入接气点方案,应用于输气站场的扩容改造中。
        The quantity demanded from downstream users of a gas station goes far beyond the current deliverability, resulting in the requirement of expansion and renovation for the station. But there is no reservation design for expansion, and the small caliber of entrance pipeline makes the expansion difficult. So, three plans for gas leading-in point are put forward:(1)tapping without pressure with transmission stopped(;2)hot tapping with non-stop transmission; and(3)tapping without pressure with non-stop transmission. Through the comparison of their shortcomings and feasibilities, integrating the transmission practicability, construction risks,economy, and social influence, we finally select the third one as the optimum plan.
