摘要
The cooling and lubrication process is one of the key technology in cold rolling operation,which not only determine the surface quality of the strip,control the strip shape,but also reduce the the rolling power consumption and extend the life of the roll,or ensure the the mill able to achieve high-speed rolling operation,so it is the key of a mill to expand the range of varieties and specifications.In this paper,a innovative technology,combined with emulsion lubrication and neat oil lubrication,was studied.It can take full advantages of each of the emulsion and neat oil lubrication,thus solve some problems of single usage of emulsion or neat oil rolling.By using the testing mill.the results of stainless steel rolling experiments show this new lubrication method,not only can improve the surface quality of the strip,suitably control the rolling friction of the deformation zone,but also can make lubrication system more simple,easy to operate,and reduce the processing of emulsions and negative impact on the environment.
