摘要

Key points related to speeding up a blast furnace blowing in,such as blast furnace lining,hearth structure,construction quality,the preparation of burden material and the instruction of employees etc.were put forward.Days needed to achieve the designed daily production during BF blown in at WISCO have been briefly reviewed since 1996.The detail operational parameters of #8BF which only took 3 days to realize the designed productivity of more than 2.0 t/( 1113.d),were presented during its blown in on Aug.2009.The correlation between BF quickly blown in and BF long life campaign has also been commented and discussed based on the comprehensive conditions at WISCO.
