摘要
The event of sept.11 reveals that bombs and terrorists may occur somewhere in our urban region.Evacuation is extremely crucial for saving the lives of the people at risk.A simulation queue model developed by Gawron[1] has been adopted for transportation evacuation predictions under emergency conditions.Despite its simplicity,it call capture the congestion and spiUback of rush hour'S traffic.In this article,a GIS-queue model is developed on the basis of Gawron's traffic simulation model which is integrated with NetEngine,a Geometrical Information System (GIS) component,for network analysis.With the optimized algorithm in the NetEngine,the model can performance optimization.A simple example illustrate the credibility of the model.
