松科2井带涡轮钻具取心钻进探索

松辽盆地资源与环境科学钻探工程(松科2井)是目前我国最深的大陆科探井,施工目的是获取松辽盆地白垩纪地层原位、连续岩心,井底高温是其一关键工程难点。为克服地层高温、提高取心钻进效率,三开、四开中分别应用了不同结构、多规格的涡轮钻具进行取心钻进,探索出涡轮钻具取心钻进与全面钻进时工艺差别。针对涡轮钻具在取心钻进过程中出现大排量、高泵压、转速高、损岩心等问题,优化了钻具组合,并自主研制了小排量、全金属结构涡轮钻具,改进了配套单动双管取心钻具,使得涡轮钻具取心钻进能提高机械钻速的同时,也能确保岩心质量及采取率。
The Continental Scientific Drilling Project of Cretaceous Songliao Basin( SK-2) is designed to drill through the thickest terretial sedimentary formation of Cretaceous in order to get the in-situ continuous core,it is the deepest continental scientific drilling well up to now in China,and the key problem is the high temperature at the well bottom. In the spud Ⅲ and spud IV of SK-2,multi-type tubodrills have been used for coring drilling to improve drilling efficency in high temperature formation,the differences between turbodrill coring and turbodrill drilling are discussed. To overcome the problems of large flowrate,high pump pressure,high RPM,coring erosion in turbodrill coring drilling,a low flow-rate all-metal turbodrill is designed,and the matching single-move double-tube coring tool is improved,ensuring a higher core quality and higher core recovery when coring speed increased.
