The thirty-third session of the Coordinating Committee for Coastal and Offshore Geoscience Programmes in East and Southeast Asia (CCOP) was held at the Hotel Sofitel Hyland Shanghai, Shanghai, China from 30 October-2 November, 1996. Host facilities were provided by the Government of the People’s Republic of China through its Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources.
