摘要
According to on-site field investigation, a detailed study of the geological conditions and the characteristic of deformation and failure of the high slope are carried out at dumping site of Jinduicheng open pit mine. The mechanism of deformation and failure of the high slope is concluded to two types, that is creep-cracking and cracksliding. The stabilities of the high slope at five different profiles are calculated and analyzed by using the arc method and the failure probability method on conditions of natural state, blasting and earthquake.
