///The mechanical well is very dense in Dayingjie-Changli hot spring area.  The over development causes the underground water level to be rapidly declined.  And the environmental disaster problem doing harm to people and agriculture production is resulted from the expelled waste water.  The processing scheme is put forward in this paper.
