///The paper analyzed formation and influencing factors of debris flows in Beijing district by studying their development characteristics, and on the basis of achieved result set up a judgment formula, considering topographical and geological formation conditions, soil types and rainfall distribution as well, and proposed the forecast method of debris flow in Beijing district.
