In recent years, more and more scientists focus on sustainable development of human beings. Moreover, the research of the bearing capacity which is closed to the sustainable development has been concerned by scientists. Integrating cellular automata with neural networks, this paper focuses on the research of quantitative analysis of regional bearing capacity in Yangtze River delta. The authors hope that the results of this research would like to help the sustainable development about Yangtze River delta.
