     The boundary value problem and its corresponding variation problem of magnetotelluric are derived in 2-D an- isotropic geoetectric section in this paper. And then subdivides four triangular lattices by adding two diagonal lines in a rec- tangular within the computed region, uses linear interpolation at each triangular lattice and computes the numerical solution with finite element method. At last some simple forward modeling examples of anisotropy medium are presented to get mag- netotelluric curve and illustrate the usefulness of this method.
