     In light of the actual demand of our mineral resource enterprises to go and invest abroad in recent years,after collecting,translating and classifying the information in relation to the mineral resources invest-ment in West Australia,this paper systematically summarizes and analyzes West Australia＆#39;s investment rela-tionship with China in fields of economy,trade and resource,as well as the investment environment and poli-cies of mineral resources industry in West Australia.In addition,this paper particularly illustrates the proce-dure for examination and approval of new investment proj ect in West Australia,and laws and regulations re-lated and approval principles.This paper presents essential and basic knowledge and has a great reference value to enterprises and public for investing in mineral resources industry of West Australia.
