摘要
Based on the statistics and analyses of many experimental data of the red clay in Guizhou,it is founnd that the consistency state of the red clay in Guizhou has its own characteristics:(1) water content ratio is used to partition the consistency state of Guizhou red clay in natural state,which is often in hard plastic and plastic states and regional difference exists;(2) a large deviation exists when liquidity index is used to partition the consistency state of the red clay in Guizhou.Combined with the analysis of special composition structure of the red clay,it is believed that the reason for these is the different laterization degree and the soil with a lot bound water.The liquidity index equivalent range appropriate to the state division of the red clay in Guizhou are analyzed by using algebra conversion.The results are easily compared with the classification standard of consistency state of other soil types.This can explain the special traits of the red clay in classification of consistency state.
