Analysis for Changes in Groundwater Observation Data of No.14 Well in Anhui Province

In July 25th, 2012, ra pid drawdown of water level appeared in No.14 well of Anhui Province, while data of water temperature measured by two instruments in different depths showed that water temperature rose simultaneously. By using four relevance principles in anomaly recognition, this paper analyzes the anomalies mentioned above and gets 3 conclusions. Firstly,the main aquifer of the well is above 165 m. Secondly, the environment of pore-fracture in aquifer changed after the trigger of water shock, then velocity of water flow increased and generated Bernoulli Effect, which finally caused rapid drawdown of water level. Thirdly, the phenomenon of water temperature in the depths of 195 m and 165 m rising almost simultaneously indicates that lower water flows upwards can make this change, and verifies the Bernoulli effect. This paper also introduces a practical method for numerical smoothing of the data observed by digital temperature instrument.
