     Baoji City borders Qinling Mountains at the south and is next to loess plateau at the north. Development of the city is seriously confined by its geographic position, in which landslide region of Bojishan Mountain has already been critical danger to the citizens in this city. In this paper, analysis of landslide characteristics of Bojishan Mountain at northern Baoji city is given and countermeasures and treatment measures are recommended.
