摘要
The Zhongxinji iron deposit of the Huoqiu iron orefield in Anhui Province is dis tributed in the flanks of the Zhouji inverted syncline formed of Wuji Formation and Zhouji Formation(ore-bearing bed) metamorphic series of the Archaean Huoqiu Group.The ore-bearing metamorphic series is a rock assemblage of terrigenous d e trital-chemical sedimentary sequence formed during the period of invasion.The i ron orebodies are controlled by ferro-silicalites and show a stratified-strato id form with various thicknesses.The main ore types are actinolite-quartz-specu la rite,quartz-specularite,quartz-magnetite and actinolite-quartz-magnetitespecu larite types.The iron deposit belongs to the volcano-sedimentary origin.The s e condary anticlines,and lifted and inflected tips of the syncline,and intersect ions of faults with the syncline are the favorable places for ore-finding.
