     The geological and geochemical characteristics research of Yangpingwan gold deposit indicate that it belongs to sedimentary-reformed deposit discovered in black rock series of southern Shaanxi Province. The metallogenesis of this deposit undergoes three major stages. The gold deposit can be explored in stratigraphy of carbon-bearing two-mica quartz schist in Silurian Meiziya Formation, tectonic development settings, hydrothermal alteration, developing vein bodies. There are geochemical anomalies such as Au anomaly, As anomaly, and low IP anomaly, which will be displayed by intermittent linear remote sensing image.
