     The study on geological and geochemical characteristics of Mn-B deposits in Jixian area suggests that in respect of surveying for Mn-B deposits: 1) Qianganjian and Dongshuichang abnormal regions in manganese, boron element geochemical anomalies of 1∶50 000 stream sediment are favorable areas to find Mn-B deposits; 2) changcheng system Gaoyuzhuang formation is a favorable stratum to find marine sedimentary Mn-B deposits; and 3) the neighborhood of known deposits are also favorable areas to find Mn-B deposits.
