摘要
Guizhou is an important black shale series distribution area in Lower Cambrian in China.By analysis the structural background and paleogeographic environment of Niutitan formation in Cambrian of Guizhou,it’s thought the Ni,Mo and V pollymetallic deposit formed in black shale series is sedimentary-exhalative deposit.So the concept of sedimentary-exhalative Ni,Mo and V deposit is carried out and its metallogenic model is set up.
