摘要
The identification of reservoir lithology and division of lithofacies have been the issues concerned by geologists,especially nowadays the exploration targets of petroleum have changed mainly into the subtle reservoirs like lithostratigraphy.So the fine description and portray of reservoir lithology and lithofacies are of great importance for oil and gas exploration.Just for this,this paper takes the low porosity and low permeability sandstone reservoir in the second member Xujiahe Formation in Penglai Area as an example,five lithologies and lithofacies are divided,which are mouth bar fine-median sandstone facies,underwater distributary channel fine-median sandstone facies and underwater interdistributary bay mudstone facies through the use of drilling core,common thin slice,cast thin slice,SEM analysis and well logging curves.Different lithologies and lithofacies are characterized quantitatively through the utilization of the sensitive parameters to lithology and lithofacies,i.e.compositional maturity and textural maturity.The results show the mouth bar median sandstone and the underwater distributary channel median sandstone facies indicate the best reservoir properities.Due to the differences of clastic components and particle sizes for the reservoir of different lithology and lithofacies,they affect the type of diagenesis.Lithology and lithofacies study can provide a reference for the prediction of later diagenetic facies and high quality reservoir.
