This article deals with stratigraphy, structure, magmatite, shape and occurrence of orebodies, texture and structure of ore and wall-rock alteration, etc. for the Zhangjiangchong Au deposit in Sichuan. The study indicates that the deposit is controlled by stratohorizon, structure and wall-rock alteration. 4 geochemical anomalies delineated by 1：50 000 stream sediment survey and 1：10 000 soil geochemical survey are related to Au mineralization, showing good effect of geochemical prospecting.
