Simengou iron ore deposit of Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province is located in the Liaodong iron, boron metallogenic belt. The Lower Proterozoic Liaohe Group metamorphic rocks system were development, fold structure is an important ore-controlling condition that directly controlled the iron boron ore. The structure controlled the space output position of the ore bodies, and the distribution features of iron orebodies in the study area. The iron ore in this area belongs to the volcanic sedimentary metamorphic-Ultrametamorphism hydrothermal appearing stratabound deposit, ores belong to magnetite – tremolite type in the ore type, local magnetite-serpentine type and magnetite-boron magnesium type.
