Hydrochloric Acid Extraction-Inductance Coupling Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrum for Detection of Effective Mo in Soil

摘要

After digestion of effective Mo in soil through oxalic acid-ammonia oxalate solution (Tamm solution), filtering, drying of filtrate by distillation, high-temperature ashing in muffle furnace, and extraction by hydrochloric acid, effective Mo in soil is determined by inductance coupling plasma atomic emission spectrum. The detection limit (3s) is up to 0.012×10-6, precision (RSD, n=12) 2.31%~4.78%. As tested by national primary standard substance of soil availability, the analytical result is satisfactory.
