In order to enhance the capability of mine monitoring, containing illegal mining, mine geological hazard′s identification marks, monitoring method and formation factors model were built based on the example of Shijiaying County, Fangshan District, Beijing. Field verification shows that the method′s accuracy is 98%. Mine geological hazard formation factors analysis shows that the human activities are the main factor, besides, litho, structure and slope are important factors. Therefore, enhancing mine monitoring and management are of important assurance to prevent mine geological hazard from happening again.
