Main Components Determination of High-Al Clay by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要

 By use the Japanese ZSX Primus X-ray Fluorescence Spectrograph, it does the basic static correction with fused glass disc and empirical coefficient, and then it determines the component of 6 national standard samples, 4 monitoring samples and 21 mixed standard samples confected by standard sample and pure value reagent. According to the results, it can be known that this method can determine the main component of high-Al clay quickly: Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, and TiO2, its accuracy and precision can reach the requirement of national standard.
