///The Luding County Wuli Village mud-rock flow would be put a direct impact on the heavy economic loss and the personnel casualty. In view of the mud-rock flow harm characteristic, the paper suggested expanding the temporary bridge, moving the residential area to avoid the mud-rock flow disaster and damage caused by potential damage risk.
