///Thirty-two species of bryozoans described here are separately collected from seven sections as follows: 1) Dacaozi section in Paomaping, Yi Autonomous County of Ninglang; 2) Xibiantang section in Heyuanzhai, Shidian County; 3) Youwangjia section in Shidian County; 4) Laoshuixiang section of the Lugu Lake in Yongning town, Yi Autonomous County of Ninglang; 5) Shihuadong section in Zhuangjiapo village, Baoshan County; 6) Wenxiang section in Yongsheng County; and 7) Youguomu section in Xilaping village, Yi Autonomous County of Ninglang. Bryozoans found in these sections are abundant in the lower part of the Middle Devonian (Eifelian) and the lower part of the Upper Carboniferous (Bashkirian), but less at other levels.
