Shangluo region of Shaanxi Province lies at the east portion in the south side of Qinling Mountains, in which tectonic fractures and acid magmatic rocks are developed at east-west direction. Fluorite mineralization is mostly related with fractures and intrusive rocks. Predominant places for fluorite prospecting focus on tensional fractures at NWW, NEE, NNE and NNE directions in granite bodies. The type of mineralization is attributed to fractured-magmatic fluorite deposit.
