The Duobaoshan lead-zinc mine in Xinjiang is newly discovered mineral deposit, which formed in biological clastic limestone and karst breccia of Cretaceous Tielong Formation. The characters of trace elements and REE in the host and in wall rocks are similar. Isotope of S and Pb indicates that the source of ore is from limestone of Cretaceious Tielong Formation. The composition of C and O in calcite of ore ranges are between δ¹³CPDB=3.44‰～5.09‰, ¹⁸OSMOW= 23.09‰～26.79‰, respectively, which indicate the CO₂ in hot fuild mainly from marine carbonate. The chemical composition in fluid inclusion shows that the temperature of ore-forming fluid lies between 207℃～262℃, the salinity lies 6.30%～7.73% NaCl.
