摘要
The problem on cleaning holes in the deep horizontal drillings is discussed in the paper.Combined with the actual situation of X10-1H,this paper analyses the influence of the drilling fluid’s performance,the expansion rate of borehole,the mechanical rat,the advance rate of drilling rig and the delivery capacity of drilling fluid on cleaning holes.It proposes some new techniques to make cleaning holes,including optimizing drilling rig’s structure,adjusting the performance of drilling fluid,reinforcing the trip in short distance,choosing the reasonable boring principle and the advance rate,and develops new tools to destroy cutting bed and so on.
