摘要
Protecting groundwater resources and ecological environment during the mining activity by using multi-disciplinary idea and theory is a difficult problem which is unable to be solved by simply viewing from mining engineering. From the perspective of the hydrogeological structure and groundwater cycling conditions, and on the basis of the regional programs for vegetation ecological risk and for impact of mining on groundwater, the authors proposed the regional programs for establishing the mining order to protect the groundwater, and for protection and utilization of the groundwater in different stages of mining. The authors also proposed the planning principles and the development scheme of locating water source areas for protective exploitation of groundwater in the mining development.
