Taking the declaration to construct the Yuanjinmeng Mine Park in Huairou District, Beijing, this paper introduces the successful experiences about deep mineral resource potential, reconstruction of the abandon facilities, and steady industrial transfer after the Qifengchajin Mine is closed. At last, this paper puts forward the sustainable development methods—to raise funds by multi-channel, restore mine environment, configure mine resources, be after for the substituted economy, make the brand products, achieve the sustainable development.
