“西气东输”展现中国管道工业辉煌

摘要
介绍了西起新疆塔里木气区轮台县 ,东达上海市的“西气东输”管道干线工程建设情况。该管线全长约 390 0km ,设计年输气量 12 0× 10 8m3 ,设计压力 10MPa、管材为X70、管径 10 16mm。沿线设有线路截断阀室137座 ,压缩机站 10座 ,分输站 9座 ,分输清管站 4座 ,独立清管站 8座 ,分输阀室 3座 ,末站 1座 ,地下储气库 2座。全线的数据采集、监控和调度管理采用SCADA系统 ,通讯采用光缆和卫星。该工程在X70钢大口径制管工艺、内涂敷、自动焊接和无损检测技术 ,压缩机增压系统优化以及大中型河流穿跨越和山区隧道工程等施工技术方面都取得了突破性进展 ,并首次使用地下盐穴作为储气库。工程设计中对管线途经的野生动植物自然保护区进行了生态环境影响评估。在详勘中采取避绕措施 ,管道施工完成后治理弃渣、恢复植被以保护生态环境。对管线途经的地震多发地段 ,岩崩、滑坡和湿陷性黄土塌陷地段 ,都采取了相应措施以保证管道建设和今后运行的安全。
The article presents the construction of the pipeline trunk for “West—East Gas transmission” from Luntai county in Tarim gas area,Xinjiang to Shanghai municipality.The whole length of the pipeline is about 3 900 km.The designed annual throughput is 120×108m3,with designed operational pressure 10 MPa.The pipes are made of X70 armor plate,with nominal diameter 1 016 mm.Along the pipeline, there are 370 cutoff valves chambers,10 compressor stations,9 distribution stations,4 distribution pigging stations,8 independent pigging stations,3 distribution valve chambers,1 end station and 2 underground gas storages.The Supervision Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) System is used for data acquisition,supervises,controls and gas dispatching,and optical fiber cables and the satellite is used for communication.The engineering project has made great progress on X70 big pipe making,inner coating,automatic welding,nondestructive inspection,boosting system optimization of compressors,big & medium river crossing and tunnel engineering,etc.Besides,underground salt caves are first used as gas storages.The influence on the ecologic environment of natural wild creature protection zones where the pipeline goes through was evaluated during the project was designed.And the pipeline route was planned to go round the zones as much as possible.All the wastes produced by the engineering will be processed and cleared and the vegetations will be restored to protect the ecologic environment after the project is completed.The corresponding measures have been taken for the regions passed by the pipeline where seism,rock avalanche,earth sliding and wet loess sagging often happen to guarantee construction and safety of the pipeline.
