某别墅三维隔震(振)设计与分析

摘要
本文介绍了采用三维隔震(振)技术解决某别墅由于结构平面不规则导致的抗震性能薄弱以及附近车道重载车辆引起的振动对日常生活影响的问题。通过实际现场振动测试,分析得到车辆行驶的竖向振动引起场地振动源的优势频率范围为2.4~14.9Hz,进而取结构竖向振动频率为1.0Hz进行结构竖向隔振设计;此外,由于结构平面布置不规则,采用基础隔震方式,通过布置38个三维隔震(振)支座,进行结构水平方向隔震设计,并同时解决了竖向振动问题。通过三维隔震(振)设计后,结构的抗震性能得到大幅度提升,同时房屋的舒适性也得以大大提高,本案例设计分析情况可供其它类似工程参考。
Three-dimensional isolation design and analysis of a villa was introduced in detail in this paper.The seismic performance of this building is weak for its irregular plan.Also,the nearby heavy vehicle vibration often has impact on daily life.According to field testing,the dominant frequencies of this building site induced by moving heavy vehicles are about 2.4Hz to 14.9Hz.Then,1.0Hz was adopted in vertical vibration isolation design.Furthermore,base seismic isolation design was carried out for this irregular building,and there are totally 38 three dimensional seismic rubber bearings arranged.At the same time,the vertical vibration problem was solved.Finally,safety and comfort of this building are greatly improved after three-dimensional isolation design.This project can be a reference for other similar ones.
