考虑延性的RC结构的造价优化设计

摘要
传统的结构设计方法,其结果往往不是最经济、最合理的方案。同时,在结构优化设计中,单目标优化由于目标函数的单一性往往不能满足结构多方面的要求,优化效率低,有一定的局限性。本文对RC结构在地震荷载作用下,同时考虑延性和造价两个目标函数,推出造价和延性的函数关系式,进行优化设计,达到了经济、安全且实用的效果。可计算出钢筋混凝土框架结构在地震荷载作用下,延性最大、造价最低的最优截面尺寸。算例分析结果表明,比传统的计算方法节约成本10%左右。本文的优化过程完全按照我国现行的GB 50010-2010钢筋混凝土结构设计规范及GB 50011-2010建筑抗震设计规范的要求进行,所提出的理论和方法对结构工程设计和研究人员具有参考价值。
The traditional structure design methods are often not the ecomomical and reasonable proposal.At the same time,in optimal design of structures,single-objective optimization often fails to meet a wide range of requirements because the single objective function,and optimize effciency end has limitations.In this paper,two objective functions,ductility and cost,are taken into account,the formula of the ductility and cost are introduced,the optimized design is carried out,and the effect of economic,safe and practical is achieved.An example calculation result shows that reinforced concrete frame structures under seismic loading have maximum ductility and lowest-cost optimal cross section dimensions,and saving cost about 10% than the traditional methods. The optimization process presented in this paper conforms entirely to the China national standards:"Code Design for Concrete Structures"(GB 50010-2010) and "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings"(GB 50011-2010).The theory and methods could provide references to the structural designers and researchers.
