摘要

目的探讨应用于肾病综合征伴下肢深静脉血栓危险因素的护理应对措施并对护理后的临床恢复情况进行调查。方法研究对象选取自2017年10月—2018年10月间在该医院接受肾病综合征伴下肢深静脉血栓防治的患者共1 273例,依据随机分配原则分为两组,对照组采取常规护理防治,研究组采取危险因素分析后针对性护理防治。结果统计后发现,研究组的临床恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析肾病综合征中对下肢深静脉血栓的防治并在肾病综合征伴下肢深静脉血栓防治的患者中实施护理对策可以极大地的促进患者的临床康复,在临床防治的效果上获得了提升,在临床护理的使用上值得推广。
        Objective To investigate the nursing countermeasures for the risk factors of nephrotic syndrome with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity and to investigate the clinical recovery after nursing. Methods From October2017 to October 2018, a total of 1273 patients who underwent nephrotic syndrome with deep venous thrombosis in the xx hospital in the past two years were divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution. The control group received routine nursing and prevention, and the study group took risk factors analysis. After targeted care prevention. Results After statistics, the clinical recovery of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in nephrotic syndrome and the implementation of nursing strategies in patients with nephrotic syndrome with deep venous thrombosis can greatly promote the clinical rehabilitation of patients, and the effect of clinical prevention and treatment has been improved. It is worth promoting in the use of clinical care.
