摘要
目的:考察不同采收期川麦冬内在多元药效成分的动态变化规律,探讨川麦冬最佳采收期。方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版规定的冷浸法对麦冬水浸出物含量进行测定;采用超声提取,以HPLC-MS对麦冬皂苷D、D′,麦冬黄烷酮C、E,甲基麦冬黄烷酮A、B,甲基麦冬黄酮A的含量进行测定,用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果:不同采收期川麦冬内在多元药效成分的含量呈现动态变化规律,综合评价显示,3月下旬采收的样品综合评价指数最高,与当地传统采收期基本相符。结论:本文为揭示川麦冬中多元药效成分的动态积累规律及确定其药材的适宜采收期提供基础资料,同时也为川麦冬内在质量的综合评价提供一定科学依据。
        Objective:To study the dynamic change of bioactive constituents in Ophiopogonis Radix from Sichuan at different harvesting time,and to explore the optimal harvest period of Ophiopogonis Radix. Methods:The cold water extract was measured by the methods which are recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The contents of ophiopogonin D,ophiopogonin D′,ophiopogonaone C,ophiopogonaone E,methylophiopogonanone A,methylophiopogonanone B and methylophiopogonone A were determined by HPLC-MS. And principal component analysis(PCA)was used for comprehensive evaluation. Results:There were obvious differences among the contents of active ingredients at different collecting time,and PCA results showed that Ophiopogonis Radix harvested around the late march and had the highest evaluation index,which was consistent with the local traditional harvest period. Conclusion:The result revealed the dynamic accumulation pattern of eight bioactive constituents in Ophiopogonis Radix from Sichuan Province and provided the basis for the suitable harvest time. Meanwhile,it provides certain scientific basis for quality evaluation of Ophiopogonis Radix.
