摘要
重点介绍了闸式剪板机液压系统在调整剪切角变化时,在上腔增加插装阀来控制整个刀架变化,通过对整个系统动作及液压系统的性能的分析,指出系统解决了在剪切时变剪切角时整个刀架在变的现象,目的使系统设计更为合理,提高了整机的资源利用水平。
The hydraulic system of the guillotine shear has been introduced. When the shear angle is changed by hydraulic system, the cartridge valve has been added to the upper chamber to control the change of the whole tool holder. Through the analysis of the whole system operation and performance of the hydraulic system, it is pointed out that the system solves the issue that the whole tool holder is changing with the changing shear angle. The purpose is to make the system design more reasonable and improve the resource utilization level of the whole machine.
