摘要

目的探究胸部数字化X线摄影与胸部螺旋CT在肺癌诊断中的效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的198例经病理确诊为肺癌的患者为研究对象,对所有患者实施胸部数字化X线摄影及胸部螺旋CT检查分析。比较不同检查方式的诊断效果。结果 198例患者均经病理检查确诊为肺癌,胸部数字化X线摄影的阳性检出率为60.61%,低于胸部螺旋CT的95.45%(P<0.05);经病理检查,198例肺癌患者中,中央型93例,周围型105例。胸部数字化X线摄影对中央型、周围型肺癌的检出率均低于胸部螺旋CT(P<0.05);胸部螺旋CT检出的不同大小结节数多于胸部数字化X线摄影。结论针对肺癌患者,采用胸部螺旋CT检查的检出率明显高于胸部数字化X线摄影,临床应用价值高。
        Objective To investigate the effect of chest digital X-ray radiography and chest spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods A total of 198 patients with pathologically confirmed lung cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects. The chest digital X-ray photography and chest spiral CT were performed in all patients. The diagnostic effects of different examination methods were compared. Results A total of198 patients were diagnosed as lung cancer by pathological examination, and the positive detection rate of chest digital Xray photography was 60.61%, which was lower than 95.45% of the chest spirat CT(P <0.05). In 198 patients with lung cancer, there were 93 cases of central type, 105 cases of peripheral type by pathological examination, and the detection rates of central and peripheral lung cancer by chest digital X-ray radiography were lower than those by chest spiral CT(P<0.05). There were more nodes of different sizes detected by chest spiral CT than those detected by chest digital X-ray radiography. Conclusion The chest spiral CT has higher detection rate in patients with lung cancerc than the chest digital X-ray radiography, with high value of clinical application.
