摘要
目的了解广西壮族绝经后妇女雌激素受体-β基因多态性对其血清护骨素及骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法对667例广西壮族绝经妇女采用定量超声骨质密度仪检测其右跟骨BMD,早晨空腹采肘静脉血5 ml,PCR-RFLP检测雌激素受体-β基因多态性,用酶联免疫吸附试验测定各基因型对应的血清护骨素。结果而60岁后绝经晚期雌激素受体-βRsa I酶切的r等位基因与同年龄组其他4个基因组比较,护骨素和BMD明显降低(P<0. 05); 65岁后绝经晚期雌激素受体-βAlu I酶切的aa等位基因与同年龄组其他4个基因组比较,护骨素和BMD明显提高(P<0. 05)。结论绝经后骨质疏松防治方面,应该根据雌激素受体不同基因型,采取个体化防治,提高防治效果。
        Objective To study the effect of estrogen receptor-β gene polymorphism on serum osteoprotective in postmenopa-usal women of Guangxi Zhuang nationality. Methods The quantitative ultrasonic bone density instrument was used to detect the broad-band ultrasonic attenuation value of right heel bone of 667 postmenopausal women of Guangxi Zhuang nationality. The estrogen receptor-β gene polymorphism was tested by PCR-RFLP,the serum osteoprotective level was tested by ELISA. Results At the early postm-enopausal period,the serum osteoprotective levels and bone mineral density( BMD) in all kinds of estrogen receptor-β gene polymor-phism groups were decreased. However,After 60 years of age,the osteoprotegerin level and BMD in r allelic genomes of estrogen re-ceptor-β Rsa I group were significantly decreased compared with those of the other 4 genomes of the same age group. After 65 years ofage,the osteoprotegerin level and BMD in aa allelic genomes of estrogen receptor-β Rsa I group were significantly increased comparedwith those of the other 4 genomes of the same age group.Conclusions Patients carrying estrogen receptor-β Rsa I restriction gene Pallele have lower osteoprotegerin and bone mineral density,and are more prone to postmenopausal osteoporosis.
