摘要
尾矿浆未经浓密时,通常排放浓度较低,大量水随矿浆排入尾矿库,在干旱地区尾矿库库区蒸发及库底渗透量较大,导致尾矿库回水率低,影响选厂正常运行。在选厂将尾矿浆采用膏体浓密机进行浓密,之后排入尾矿库,大大提高了综合回水率,但由于膏体的特殊性质,排放方式的不同导致一系列安全环保问题。
When tailings pulp is not dense, the discharge concentration is usually low, a large amount of water with the slurry discharged into the tailings reservoir, in the dry area of the tailings reservoir area evaporation and reservoir bottom permeability is large, resulting in low return rate of tailings reservoir, affecting the normal operation of the mill. In the dressing plant, the tailing slurry is thickened by paste thickening machine, and then discharged into tailings pond, which greatly improves the comprehensive backwater rate.
