不同空腹血糖浓度下糖尿病足溃疡愈合速度的观察分析

摘要
目的观察分析不同空腹血糖浓度下糖尿病足溃疡愈合速度。方法监测不同空腹血糖下,溃疡愈合速度,并作统计学分析。结果当糖尿病病人空腹血糖在6.9 mmol/l以下时,溃疡愈合速度为0.42 mm/天;当空腹血糖在6.9~8.0 mmol/l时,溃疡愈合速度为0.41 mm/天;当空腹血糖大于8 mmol/l时,溃疡愈合速度为0.25mm/天。对照组(非糖尿病组),溃疡愈合速度为0.45 mm/天。结论糖尿病病人空腹血糖水平低于8.0 mmol/l时,溃疡愈合速度与非糖尿病病人无差异;当血糖高于8.0 mmol/l时,溃疡愈合速度明显降低。
        Objective: To observe and analyze the healing rate of diabetic foot ulcers under different fasting blood glucose levels. Methods: The healing rate of ulcer under different fasting blood glucose was monitored and analyzed statistically. Results: When fasting blood glucose was below 6. 9 mmol/l,ulcer healing rate was 0. 42 mm/day; when fasting blood glucose was between 6. 9 ~ 8. 0 mmol/l,ulcer healing rate was 0. 41 mm/day; when fasting blood glucose was above 8. 0 mmol/l,ulcer healing rate was 0. 25 mm/day. In control group( non-diabetic group),the healing rate of ulcer was 0. 45 mm/days.Conclusion: When the fasting blood glucose level of diabetic patients is lower than 8. 0 mmol/l,the healing rate of ulcer is no different from that of non-diabetic patients.
